Products are guaranteed against defects attributable to
manufacturing for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Any product found to be defective
during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's
option*.
* If the product is returned postage or freight prepaid to the factory.
Such repair or replacement is the customer's sole remedy for any defects.
Defects resulting from abuse or carelessness are not included.
A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged for the return of any merchandise within thirty days.
The refunded material shall not be used. After thirty days there is no return.
Horizon Specialty shall not be held liable for any
consequential or incidental resultant damages.
HORIZON SPECIALTY SERVICE CONTRACT
A service contract is available after the 90-day free service period.
